The Hon. Brian V. Tobin, P.C., ICD.D, served as the Federal Minister of Industry from October 2000 to January 2002. Previously he served as the Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador from 1996 to 2000 and won two consecutive majority governments in provincial elections held in February 1996 and February 1999. Mr. Tobin served as a Member of Parliament from 1980 to 1996 and served as Minister of Fisheries and Oceans in the federal cabinet from 1993 to 1996. Mr. Tobin is currently senior business advisor with Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP in Toronto and executive chairman of Consolidated Thompson Iron Mines Limited. Mr. Tobin serves on a number of public and private company boards. In addition, Mr. Tobin is a strategic advisor to a number of Canadian corporations.

Throughout his impressive 29-year career Mr. Quesnel has greatly contributed to the success of several large gold, copper, nickel and iron ore mining properties in both Canada and West USA. He has played senior roles in successfully developing, commissioning, operating and expanding mining operations, including the Mount Wright and Québec Cartier mines in Québec, the Gibraltar mine in British Columbia, the Barrick Gold Meikle mine in Nevada and the Montcalm mine in Ontario. He is a Professional Mining Engineer and holds a B.Sc. (Engineering) from McGill University, Montreal. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Quesnel was the General Manager of Gibraltar Mine Operations from November 2004 to September 2005, prior thereto, from June 2004 to October 2004, Mine Manager for Redpath Ltd., and prior thereto, from September 2003 to May 2004, a Senior Consulting Mining Engineer.

Mr. Michel Boucher has over 20 years of mining expertise in both underground and open pits mines, but also in Brownfield projects. Prior to joining Consolidated Thompson Iron Mines Limited, Mr. Boucher was the General Manager of the Raglan Mine in Nunavik which is operated by Xstrata Nickel. Mr. Boucher has also served as General Manager of the Division Kidd Creek Mines operated by Xstrata Copper and as General Manager of the Bell-Allard Mine operated by Noranda Inc. Mr. Boucher obtained his Mining Engineering degree from Laval University.

Mr. François Laurin is a seasoned financial officer with 27 years of financial markets, financial reporting, controllership and operations experience with several Canadian public companies in the transportation, tourism, telecommunications and media sectors. Prior to joining Consolidated Thompson Iron Mines Limited, Mr. Laurin was the Vice-President Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Transat AT Inc. and has also served as Vice-President, Investments of the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec's Private Investments group. Mr Laurin is a CA and CFA, is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the CFA Institute and earned a graduate diploma in Public Accountancy and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University.

Mr. Duchesne has a vast experience of over 25 years, having occupied important financial positions for major companies in Québec. Prior to joining CLM in November 2006, he was Corporate Controller for Railpower Technologies Corp. and Director of Finance - Publishing Papers for Domtar Inc. from 2002 to 2006. Mr. Duchesne is a Chartered Accountant, as well as a Certified Management Accountant and holds a B.Sc. (Business Administration) from Sherbrooke University, Québec, Canada.

Mr. Vallée has worked in senior management positions at major resource and iron ore mining companies during his 21-year career. Prior to joining CLM in September 2006, he was Operation Manager for Domtar Inc., Plant Manager for Iron Ore Company of Canada and Operation Manager for Quebec Cartier Mining. Mr. Vallée is a Professional Electrical Engineer and holds a B.Sc. (Engineering) from Laval University, Quebec, Canada. He is an active member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec.

Mr. Scherrer presently serves as Director of Mining for the Company. He has also worked in senior management and engineering positions at major mining companies during his 20-year career. Prior to joining CLM in March 2006, he was area manager and senior mining engineer for Iron Ore Company of Canada, Quebec Cartier Mining and Falconbridge. Mr. Scherrer is a Professional Mining Engineer and holds a B.Sc. (Engineering) from École Polytechnique, Montreal, Quebec, Canada. He is an active member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec.

Ms. Valéry Zamuner has extensive experience in corporate and commercial law in the areas of international and domestic M&A, securities, corporate finance and private investment funds. Prior to joining Consolidated Thompson Iron Mines Ltd., Ms. Zamuner was Director and Legal Counsel at PSP Investments. Ms. Zamuner obtained her civil law degree from Laval University and is a member of the Québec Bar.
