Brian V. Tobin
Executive Chairman The Hon. Brian V. Tobin, P.C., ICD.D, served as the Federal Minister of Industry from October 2000 to January 2002. Previously he served as the Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador from 1996 to 2000 and won two consecutive majority governments in provincial elections held in February 1996 and February 1999. Mr. Tobin served as a Member of Parliament from 1980 to 1996 and served as Minister of Fisheries and Oceans in the federal cabinet from 1993 to 1996. Mr. Tobin is currently senior business advisor with Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP in Toronto and executive chairman of Consolidated Thompson Iron Mines Limited. Mr. Tobin serves on a number of public and private company boards. In addition, Mr. Tobin is a strategic advisor to a number of Canadian corporations. |

C. Kevin McArthur
Director Mr. C. Kevin McArthur has over thirty years of experience in the minerals resource industry. A third-generation miner, he recently retired as President and CEO of Goldcorp, Inc. — One of Canada’s largest corporations and the world’s number two gold miner by market capitalization. Mr. McArthur was President and CEO of Glamis Gold Ltd. from 1999 until its merger with Goldcorp in November 2006. Prior to joining Glamis, Mr. McArthur held a variety of engineering and operations management positions with BP Minerals North America and Homestake Mining Company. Mr. McArthur holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Nevada. |

Yin Xiao Peng

Mr. Yin has over 20 years of experience working in the iron ore industry with WISCO where he has been actively involved in the operation and leadership of the production planning, mine construction and engineering. Mr. Yin holds a bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering from the Beijing University of Iron and Steel (now Beijing University of Science and Technology), and a master’s degree in Mining Engineering from Wuhan University of Iron and Steel. |

Jean Depatie
Director Mr. Depatie has over 35 years of national and internationalexperience in economic geology. He has worked in over 15 countries and acted as a consultant for organizations such as the United Nations, the World Bank, the Commonwealth Secrateriat, the Asian Development Bank, Banco Interamericano, the Canadian International Development Agency and Quebec's Ministry of Natural Resources. Since 1981 he has been working as president and/or vice president of mining companies. He sits on the board of directors of several mining companies including Novicourt Inc. (Noranda Group) and Glamis Gold. He is currently president of Decamine Inc, of Montreal, geoscience consultants. |
